This is not as drastic as the 3 day no sugar challenge – you are going to be reducing your sugar intake for a longer period of time after all.
The 28 day challenge is recommended as this will allow you to experience the full benefits of a reduction in sugar.
This is a gluten free, dairy free plan. The plan will allow you to continue losing weight, feel better, more energised and clearer in the head. You will be reducing the number of carbs that you eat but you don’t reduce them to the point where you experience low carb flu. A vegan plan is also available.
